The R2B2 network, where ad space is bought and sold via RTB, offers ad formats that can be used not only on computers and mobile devices but also on TV screens. So, the ad network offers a wide selection of formats. For computers and mobile devices in Slovakia, advertisers can buy formats such as Takeover Skins and Mobile Skins, which are premium online formats connected with Instream and Outstream video ads. They continue to add standard banners to their selection, which is the broadest on the Internet. “We want to offer exactly the same range of formats in Slovakia as we do now in the Czech Republic. Thus, we will gradually add more formats,” explains R2B2 RTB specialist Michal Dvořáček.
As of December of last year, however, the new ad formats have been for the “red button”, thus HbbTV technology. On the TV stations Markíza, Doma, and Dajto viewers come in contact with new never-before-seen formats such as Banners, Push 2 Play, XXL Banners, and the direct alternative to TV ads, Switchroll.
In Slovakia, the R2B2 programmatic network is already well established. Media agencies such as Omnicom Media Group SK, Zenith, Starmedia SK, ecake, Wavemaker, and Digiline already buy ad space through them. “Several agencies have been utilizing our services for the Czech market, so they happily welcomed the opportunity to buy ads via our network for Slovakia as well,” says David Kratochvíl, Key Client Manager at R2B2 and adds “So, you can see display ads inserted via R2B2 Multiscreen for brands such as O2 Slovakia, UPC Broadband Slovakia, and Skylink SK; cars like BMW and Audi; or the companies Billa, Möbelix, and Slovaktual.”
